I cannot recommend Tonia highly enough, both as a seller's and buyer's agent, having engaged her services for both. We engaged Tonia to sell our Claremont home. Tonia gave us a clear and concise appraisal supported by considerable evidence and took the time to explain how the value of the comparable properties differed slightly to our home to support her valuation. She also took the time to explain her proposed marketing strategy including timing to launch and why, home open strategy and negotiation strategies. Tonia not only took the time to carefully explain what she suggested we do to prepare the property for market and was extremely professional in making sure we did not waste our money on things that would not make any difference in price or time on market, but she even arranged trades people to give competitive quotes to carry out the preparatory work. The house sold within two weeks of our first home open and for a very good price following Tonia's expert negotiation on our behalf. Tonia's efforts did not stop there, her team have been with us step by step since signing the contract and ensured that everything has gone smoothly through to settlement tomorrow. I cannot recommend Tonia highly enough.

The reason I chose Tonia to be may agent, was her straight forward attitude. She gave me a very clear idea of what to expect in the market I was selling in and was very pro-active in having house opens as well as visits at other times, from prospective buyers. She kept marketing costs within a reasonable range, and listened to what I required. At all times, I felt that I could openly discuss issues with her in a frank and open manner. Unlike many agents, she's also completely realistic about the balance between what a seller wants for their property, and the reality of what a buyer might pay under current economic conditions.
