Very Good Agent
We wish to commend Pathrina for the professionalism she showed at all times during the sale process of our property. We found her to be very obliging and helpful, and we felt most comfortable in being able to communicate with her, as she came across as a genuine and honest person . I could not have chosen a better agent
I had lived in my home at Holland Park for 58 years and was not sure of the procedure involved in selling, when Pathrina arrived she put my mind at ease as she had all the information about my property and was able to answer the three main questions that I had. What is the possible value ???? How do you advertise ???? What is it going to cost me ???? She continually kept me informed on the progress and gave advice on the different offers. Since selling people asked why I used a company that was not a local, I decided to use Tobin after speaking to several local agents who could not give direct answers to my three questions. Pathrina came fully informed about my property and the local area while the anothers needed to return at a later date after doing some research. I recommend Pathrina and Tobin Real Estate as great group of people to do business with and have told my family and friends to use them when needed.

Honest, hard working agent
