I have bought and sold a number of properties over the years and have met all kinds of real estate agents. I can honestly say that Craig rates up in the top 5% I have dealt with. His knowledge of the local market is excellent and his manner and communication is straight forward and concise. I am a black and white sort of person and appreciated Craig's forthright opinion on the value of our property as well as a few items that, if fixed, would bring the price he suggested. We signed an exclusive agreement with Craig on the Monday and we had a very satisfactory contract signed on the Friday. I am not suggesting he will do this every time but his client list and local knowledge will work in the clients advantage. Highly recommended.
