Local, professional and personable
Craig was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He kept us well informed of what was happening through all stages of the buying process. We had some up and downs with the contract (the address changing halfway through isn’t the easiest to manage!) but Craig was an absolute star working between ourselves and the vendors to get the changes made without delay. If you are interested in buying or selling in Carina Heights - Craig is your man. A true local, his knowledge and passion for this area is unmatched. You can’t help but WANT to live here after talking to Craig. And really - when you get that picture with your sold sticker…do you want the agent that just stands next to you? Or the one doing an almighty star jump for joy? I know which one I’d pick!

Craig, he'll be in the trenches getting it done with you
Craig honestly went above and beyond. Our house sale had many shades of challenging. Craig stepped us through the process with patience, honesty and professionalism (rare to find). Even changing batteries in smoke alarms! Best of all Craig's an all round great human. Many other agents will promise you the world and give you an atlas...not Craig, he'll be in the trenches getting it done with you. Do yourself a favour give him a call.

Professional and easy to deal with from start to finish
Craig recently sold my townhouse and I can thoroughly recommend his services from start to finish. I am currently travelling remotely and all my dealings with Craig were by phone, email and text, we have never met in person. This was absolutely no problem and the process from start to finish was seamless. I asked Craig for a marketing and sales plan and he provided a clear timeline of activities and a costing and as a confident professional advised marketing costs would be deducted from settlement funds with no upfront payment required. He also assisted with names of conveyancers that used electronic conveyancing and kept lines of communication open at all times. The sale price negotiations were again straight forward and the price achieved exceeded all expectations which I feel was due to the market but also Craig's well planned campaign. His market knowledge and professional conduct were amazing. I have 100% confidence in recommending Craig for your Real Estate needs.

Professional & Excellence
Having to sell a unit in Brisbane whilst residing in Melbourne was scary enough - but with Pathrina Watson at Tobin by our constant side the pressure valve was negligible. Her market appraisal of our unit was prompt and accurate. Pathrina also recommended some interior renovations to complement our position for an optimal sale price. Not knowing tradesmen and retailers in Brisbane she organised the necessary home improvements with several quotes with photo's to follow - this eased the angst for myself and my wife considerably. The subsequent sale went through smoothly. Thank you Pathrina, your eye for detail, constant feedback following open for inspections made our experience with yourself and Tobin Real Estate a pleasurable joint partnership.
