I’m so lucky to meet this special real estate woman, she never been very pushy when I really wanted the farm and she spend lots of time sending me many information and flooding report before I bought the farm. I booked her with my Auslan interpreter and she took her time explain me about the farm then I put the highest offer and the owner accept me !! She’s not just a real estate she’s almost very friendly and very special person to meet I wish I can explain more why she’s the best but you can find out yourself then you will like her straight away. We first met Pathrina over 18 years ago when we purchased our Carina rental property from Tobins Real Estate. In the last few years we had been considering selling this property and drew on Pathrina's knowledge and understanding of the local area for advice. We found her to be upfront and honest with us in every respect and, when we finally decided to sell the property, we had no hesitation in appointing her as our sales agent. We found that Pathrina's professional and friendly approach to her job turned what could be a stressful experience into an exciting and positive one with a sale at auction a short time later. We originally requested Pathrina to provide an estimated value of a unit we were considering selling. She gave us estimate well above what we believed was its value. We proceeded with going ahead with a sale on the basis of a "blank canvas sale" having had the currant tenant for the last 22 years. She recommended the only work we needed to do on this basis was some minor tiling in the bathroom. We did not have any knowledge of the availability of an appropriate tiler and asked for her assistance. Within a couple of days she was back with a quote of $900 and upon our acceptance had the work carried out and completed within 2 days. She then advertised the unit for sale and opened for inspection on a Saturday when we were in a Covid lockdown, and was successful in having 4 contracts signed on that day for our consideration. All four contracts were within the price range she had quoted and well above our expectations with ourselves having done some homework on the prices that had been received on similar units in the area. The hot water system had failed between vacant possession and the contract we accepted and we were required to replace the system. Again not knowing where to go for the replacement we asked for Pathrina's assistance. Within 24 hours she had 2 quotes submitted to us one of which one was accepted immediately and she arranged and had the replacement system installed before lunch the following day. Over my working life I was involved in Property Financing and have had a lot of experience dealing with real estate agents and can assure everyone that she is by far the best and most efficient, willing and organized agent I have ever been associated with.
