Chris really put in the hard yards throughout our campaign
23 days from listing to auction. Chris was there with us 100% throughout. Endless messages, phone calls, he bent over backwards to achieve the best result for us. Chris is an absolute pleasure, extremely hardworking. Thank you for a great ending to our new beginning :)

Good service, easy dealings.
Good communication and service. Would consider using Chris again in the future. Good local knowledge but didn't predict the immediate future market (very difficult in the current climate though). Sold the property quickly. Chris did try to get us to spend considerable money on advertising but we chose not to and still sold very quickly.

Best Agent to sell waterfront properties in Noosa!
Nic was absolutely fantastic in selling our unit. We have dealt with Nic a few times in purchasing and selling properties. He understands the market gives honest valuable opinions and is a great negotiator. Would highly recommend him to sell your high end property or is also a great buyers agent.
