Nevertheless, her professionalism and integrity made us as buyers feel confident that we were in good hands. She was very forthcoming with detailed information about the property and answered all our questions promptly. Rebekah is articulate and has an excellent knowledge of the Noosa property market and of the Shire's planning regulations. As we were unable to personally attend the final inspection of the property prior to settlement, she presented a detailed video of the house after the owners had vacated and also assisted in facilitating a last minute repair of a gutter during an extraordinarily heavy rainstorm. I was cashed up and had been looking for the perfect place to buy for weeks. I was finding the process challenging as well as disappointing.
