We were on the hunt for a very specific type of property. The catch was, we didn't know what we wanted, until Chris patiently showed us through numerous properties until we became very firm on what we were after. The next challenge we faced, was that there simply was not any properties available that met our unique requirements. Chris and the Offermann team went trolling through their database and knocking on doors, speaking to clients they had previously sold properties to, to see if there was any interest. In the end, Chris found us the ideal property which wasn't even on the market and was able to arrange a deal. We have had numerous dealings with Real Estate Agents previously, and unfortunately some are better off selling used cars - thankfully Chris most certainly isn't one of those.
