From the time we walked in for the first viewing of the property to the final inspection at pre settlement Tracy provided a very professional service and was consistently available for any communication that was required throughout the contract signing and negotiations. An obvious amount of experience and wisdom cultivated in the area made us feel very comfortable with the knowledge Tracy shared with us. Great communication and patient and couldn’t stop helping enough. Easy to talk to. Bought the property remotely due to COVID but he zoomed us in on several occasions and we got a great feel for the property. Sent lots of extra photos as we requested to help us make our decision to proceed. Loved the cheeky daily Noosa “how good is this” photos to showcase the superiority of the Noosa weather and our property views.
