We moved to Toowoomba from Gippsland, Victoria. In December 2015, I made a trip to Toowoomba to view many properties - both sale and rental and dealt with many Toowoomba agents in the process. There were houses that I put was put off purely by my experience of the agent representing them. Emmy was fantastic to deal with. Even when I first called and didn't leave a message, she returned my call to find out how she could assist me. She was knowledgeable about the property, the area and very helpful in responding to questions. Emmy wasn't pushy and allowed ample to to fully inspect the property and at the end of our first inspection was more than happy to allocate more time the following day for me to re-inspect after discussion with my family who weren't able to travel with me. Personality is a big influence in Real Estate. Emmy is friendly and enthusiastic without being intimidating. Any buyer would feel comfortable with her. She was a fantastic communicator and let me know within 30 minutes whether my offer had been accepted by the vendor. Buying real estate from another state is a big issue and Emmy and Chantelle were a wonderful help. The little touches such as receiving flowers a month before settlement and ongoing information set them above any experience I'd had previously. We are extremely happy with our new house and although we hope we don't need to move anytime soon, if we were to sell we would certainly choose Emmy Thies and Chantelle Reyes as I would love our buyers to receive the same gold class service that we did.
