I have had the good fortune to attend both Primary and High school in Beenleigh, played sport here all my life, met my wife at school here, and now happily raise my family in this area between Brisbane City and the Gold Coast. The location of Beenleigh and surrounds has always offered buyers a premium location with the convenience of affordable housing. I believe in this area and the positive investment it is to purchase property here. There isn’t any part of this community I haven’t explored or know like the back of my hand. A good selling experience with Scott - a knowledgeable and likeable agent.

Scott was very organised and punctual with Open Homes and quick to provide feedback following. Scott has great knowledge of the Bahrs Scrub - Windaroo area and we chose him because he had sold us the home we were moving to. We found Scott helpful in getting our home ready for quick sale including linking us in with trades people. The property we were selling should have sold for more in the market but we needed to move it quickly. While we found this a little disappointing we were very happy the home went to a lovely family. From a sellers perspective I am not sure that we did very well but I am pretty confident the buyer got a great deal. I would use Scott again to buy or sell, but hopefully I would be in a position to push a little harder as the seller next time. One thing for sure - Scott is very likeable and personable which I think is very important when navigating stressful property deals. Scott gifted me a beautiful basket when we sold and I am still using the lovely products in my new home - as mentioned, also sold to us by Scott.

She was just remarkable.

Her communication with me was fantastic. She got to know exactley the thing I liked and wanted in a home. She did not fail in finding that home for me. She sold my previous property for me. He marketing skills had it sold in a few days. The was a little negotion happening and she handled that with ease. Through both the buying and selling She is a true proffessional.
