This is the second property we have brought from Tony Short Real Estate. We recently sold our property at Salamander Bay - we did obtain a price guide from Tony and another leading Real Estate agent in the area and the guide between the 2 was very different. Tony's price guide was $30K higher than the other Real Estate agent and within 2 days of our place going on the market, we had 2 offers, within 6 days the place was sold. Too easy. Throughout the sales process, Tony kept us up to date on what type of Marketing campaign he would be doing and after each open we received a quick update and then a follow up call on Monday. We have also purchased another property through Tony and he has been extremely helpful and available to answer any questions we may have.
