I am hard to please. When choosing an agent I am considering three core attributes - 1.rapport/trust. - will buyers trust the agent's word and react favourably to the agent's approach - ie a genuine people person of substance - not a show pony. 2. Is the agent responsive/organised/ positioned to deliver. 3. Resilience - will the agent overcome unexpected roadblocks and objections. Tony came through with flying colours. He understands the importance of trust and delivering on promises. A well presented property appeared on all the important websites very promptly without needing correction - first time for me. He came up with a realistic price range erring on the right side and delivered getting the buyer up to the high end of the range. He qualified the buyer well. We came up with an unexpected issue from the builders' inspection report. Being inter-state hard for me to fix. He got on with it and got the problem fixed through his ostensibly well established network and held on to the buyer. Tony has all the bases covered and has positioned his agency to get the best price possible for the seller. Very customer focussed - both buyer and seller. You will not do better in the Salamander/Nelson Bay area. I was recommended to Tony by another happy vendor who thoroughly researched the field.
