Good Knowledge of the property
Overall Good experience and he had good knowledge of the property. Our pre settlement inspection was good. That was the only inspection we had after a breezy first inspection, unfortunately. We are happy with property and grateful to him and the vendor. They were patient enough during the long wait of bank process..
