Sale completed by long distance

RE agent who works for both buyers and sellers
Raymond is the seller RE agent that we (buyers) have been looking for. We have experienced agents who pushed us on behalf of their clients/sellers (understandably) to an intolerable level, but that's not the case with Raymond. He worked for both buyers and sellers, closing the deal with ease for both parties, and thus both are equally happy! Well done Raymond.

Genuine and friendly
We met Raymond at two or three home opens before he helped us find the home we ended up buying, which I think was a great fit for us and the seller. Some agents we dealt with gave me the impression they were only interested in how much they could make off you, or that they didn't really care at all because they knew they would do fine at the end of the day. Not Raymond. He was always friendly and professional, never gave the impression we were being a hassle with our questions or requests. Very nice gentleman, would recommend.
