I was the purchaser of a property from Raymond. Communication is clear and quick. Items which were to be fixed were down expediently. Hand over was thorough. Overall a pleasant experience. Thanks Raymond.

Raymond was very professional and got us the best possible deal without having to compromise the seller.

Raymond is a very dedicated professional in his field. The loan settlement was delayed due to an unexpected outcome from the first lender, at that point the deal was looking to fall over because of the timeline. Raymond took the time to listen to the causation and helped hold the entire deal together so that both buyer/seller would stay the course. The deal went through a couple of days later even though the setback was almost 3 weeks and much credit goes to his negotiation, communication and listening skills on behalf of his client and prospective buyer. Even after settlement he still responds to my messages and emails. This is service at the highest level coupled with the ability to deliver the results. What more can I say? Definitely highly recommended. Regards Andy
