I would not normally be compelled to write a review as a buyer for the sellers agent but our experience with Will and team was nothing short of fantastic. Will is clearly experienced with a high level on market knowledge. The whole Torres property team are uber professional in every engagement from our first meeting in an open home through subsequent inspections right up to signing the contract. However the real standout was the experience after the ink was dry. Will and his team were engaged, tactile and responsive to every request and proactive in facilitating a smooth sale. You could tell he was driven to do a great job for his clients but truly cared for the buyer. I will certainly be using him in the future and highly recommend him and his team to anyone.

We first met Will years ago but due to the market did not list at that time. He has checked in with us from time to time but never in a pushy way. We listed with Will due to his easy but very professional manner, his excellent communication, his market knowledge and his 5 star reviews. We had a great result, selling our property on the first open home. Our property had been tenanted for several years so we spent several weeks making improvements and bringing it back to tip top condition so it presented well which made it easier to market. However, it was Will's expertise that ensured we obtained such an excellent result. Although we are now on holiday, we have left Will the homework of finding the best option for selling our own home when we return.
