Martine helped us with our purchase of land recently. She came across as an exceptional agent, with brilliant customer service and negotiation skills. She liaised with both parties over many rounds of negotiation outside of business hours over many weeks. She would answer and respond to all calls and emails within minutes and get back to us at with things that needed clarification within 24 hrs. Martine also sourced all relevant documents from council and others which were not supplied to us by the owners. We were super impressed when she also went out of the way not only during the sales negotiation period, but she showed extra attention and care when she followed up with us post sale and helped us by putting us in contact with our neighbours..that was going well and truly above and beyond her duty.
