I have been considerings to sale this unit since September last year. I did bank valuation and talked with a few agents from different company. However, none of them have confident to sale the unit. Troy has been really helpful after we made deal to sale. I am busy with my own business so decide to do the private sale. The price is good for me and the buyer so I would say this is a win-win deal. Living interstate poses many problems when selling an investment Property. I cannot recommend Rhiannon highly enough after just doing this. Enthusiastic, driven and articulate. Communication was outstanding, returning calls promptly, calling with updates from home opens swiftly. I was always in the loop and at no stage felt a detachment from the sale process. She worked tirelessly on Open Showings, and achieved a Sale Price we were hoping for, even with hurdles. Easily one of the best Real Estate Agents I've ever dealt with.
