I was very happy with the lead up to the sale very professional and great communication but disappointed that I handed in the keys to the office. I think Jack could have made the effort to say goodbye himself and hand me the goodies himself and receive the keys. it would have rounded out an otherwise pleasant experience. He did leave a message but not the same.
