I first met Amir Shamsi 11 months before he sold my house when he knocked on my door and introduced me to his new team member Mo Rasoul. I noticed how supportive he was of Mo and developing him to develop his career in real estate. I could see Amir had a good heart. I was impressed by his knowledge of the local market, his clear communication and the way he genuinely listened. He struck the prefect balance between being enthusiastic and following up, without being pushy. When I was ready to sell, I called Amir on Saturday and listed the property as I wanted to sell quickly. He explained the process in detail and moved mountains to organise styling, building and pest, photography and electrician. Our house was advertised Friday, had one open house Saturday and contract was signed on Tuesday….IN ONLY 10 DAYS FROM MY FIRST CALL TO AMIR! Amir helped us achieve a great price in record time.
