Being a retired Property Developer I have had many many interactions with various Real Estate Agents although this was my first with Torres Properties. We invited 3 agents to inspect the property and put forward proposals. All were fairly impressive although Will and his team were the standouts for their totally professional approach and presentation. Will recommended the property be "staged" and suggested Belinda from CHEZ"B". Belinda was first class and did a amazing job and was a delight to deal with. I have seen dozens of "staged" properties in my time but his recommendation of Belinda was a game changer. Open houses were extremely well organised and although we only had 2, we were kept fully informed at all times. Will ended up presenting us with two buyers and one was several thousand above our "best" expectation. The rest of the sale proceeded in a organised and professional manner without a hitch. I can genuinely say Will and his Team were the most impressive Agents I have had the pleasure to do business with and I wish them the success they deserve.
