Will and the team at Torres Property have been outstanding in the process of selling my apartment. From day one Will was able to convey their point of difference, and how this would get my place sold. He effectively identified the apartment features buyers would like, and the best strategy for marketing (including dusk photos), and lead generation. Their execution of the strategy was great. Will would detail the underlying thoughts of why, and then prepared me for what would help for their running of open homes. Communication throughout the process was good. We reviewed the process, communicated regularly on the leads, and then discussed in depth when negotiations got real. After acceptance they have seemingly supported getting my buyer through the process.
