Exemplary Effort - Unparalleled Delivery
Knowing the current state of the investment property market, we went into this sale with our eyes wide open. Indeed, listing the property seemed rather ominous from a returns/time frames perspective however given our growing family, we had no choice but to liquidate stock fast and move on. Presented with an extremely short time frame, lofty expectations and time poor clients; Will, Marayka, and the Torres Team performed beyond expectations quickly applying the highest levels of intuition to give us the comfort they understood our requirements whilst, better yet, had our best interests at heart. Having transacted with Will previously albeit under a different banner, its great to see his personal approach, attitude and unwavering commitment has carried through to the Torres Property brand; the added stresses of operating a practice have not shaken his continuous dedication to perfecting his craft it seems.
