The service provided was extremely professional, he kept me in the loop with what was going on and was very proactive in his approach. The local market research? He did it. The specifics on my property and how they would match up with X customer type? He knew them and he was able to clearly identify the most suitable buyers. Kostya always presented professionally, was punctual and went above and beyond to help sell my house. He invested his time to assist me in preparing for the sale and ensuring my property was at it's best. He was at every open inspection and not relying on office staff to manage inspections or negotiations. He brought his own items to open inspections to set the scene/mood and make the house feel like a home to buyers. Kostya also managed tradesmen to repair my house, as per the contract of sale. This included arranging access to the house and ensuring repairs were completed in time and in working order. Kostya was able to get me the best sale price and within a quick time frame.
