Due to my work hours, I was unavailable to join my partner to view the home on opening weekend. Tracey made herself available over the public holiday weekend and subject to my work hours, to allow myself to come see the property as a private viewing. Tracey’s knowledge on the home and the market provided us with great comfort when making an offer. The recommendations Tracey provided throughout the settlement period were appropriate and reasonable.
