Responsive, easy to deal with and very understanding!
He immediately rang me personally and introduced himself and came to see me in person. He was straight onto everything taking all the stress away, he worked 7 days a week for us to get a buyer and got one instantly. Unfortunately due to labours tax grab and the changes it fell through. However he already had plenty B and pronounced C and D on standby and got the second buyer instantly. He kept myself and the other side in the loop navigating through these tax changes and got the job completed. I highly recommend him and I can personally vouch for him.
Shane helped us sell our block in Quinns Rocks, and with his help we managed to get a fantastic price. Shane's a very experienced agent who has lots of contacts and as such his reach in finding buyers for our block was effortless on our part. He's got a vast amount of knowledge in the RealEstate market, but doesn't come across as a know it all and is very down to earth and super easy to deal with. Shane was first class in all dealings with him. He goes through every detail and explains the reasons for each decision and recommendations. He's got a great laid back style about him, but at the same time you know he has great knowledge and experience and you're in safe hands with him. Never felt pressured and always listened to. Would recommend Shane 100% and if we ever need any Real Estate agent advice in the future he'll be the first we call.
Creagh has sold a few properties for me and I always go back to him. He is very much a face to face person (rather than AI messaging that many agents use these days). He always returns calls, is prompt and reliable in his responses and has a very engaging personality. He also always gets the best prices, I truly believe others would not achieve what he does. Communication skills are excellent to. I recomment him all the time.
James has been very good to deal with very responsive and supportive of our needs and concerns very reassuring through the process James is very proactive in the sense he has more then one plan and quick to act on our behalf to get the deal we wanted but at the same time making sure we had the information and time to make the right decisions James was very informative and had good market knowledge in my opinion Would highly recommend James

We had some delays with our finance and josh was so wonderful and patient.
