We employed Tracey’s services to sell our investment property of ten years, after us never seeing the house for over 10 years and poor property management from another agency the property was not in good condition. Tracey gave us her honest opinion of the property and what we needed to do to get top dollar, with regular feedback from home opens and insights into the property market, even right up to settlement Tracey helped us fix issues that could have potentially delayed settlement, organising electricians and locksmiths even purchasing a remote for the aircon, which took a lot of pressure off us as we live 700 km from Perth and the whole sale process was done via phone calls and email. I contacted Tracey as she had a few listings in the area. Lovely lady knows what she's talking about. The commission was surprisingly low so I went for it . Followed her advise and the sale went very well. Sold in about 2 weeks for a fair chunk more than I thought, all went completely smooth.

I cannot recommend Tracey and her team enough. From her knowledge of the market to help with organising local tradespeople Tracey surpassed our expectations. Our home sold first home open with multiple offers. As both my husband and I work away we were especially impressed with how Tracey handled all the details for us and went out of her way to keep us informed. I would highly recommend her team for property management as well especially for FIFO workers and investors.

16 Coastal Rise is a 4 year old house situated in Quinns Rocks with panoramic ocean views. I was uncertain regarding a realistic market value but thanks to Tracey and Suzanna's knowledge and experience the property sold for a figure higher than I thought it would sell. Tracey & Suzanne provided the highest level of customer service during the sale of 18 Coastal Rise which due to a number of factors became a challenging property to sale. Their communication skills whilst dealing with the seller, purchaser and tenant were of the highest quality. Their predicted valuation of the property and subsequent marketing was excellent and their costs were very competitive.
