About Danny

Danny is a licensed real estate agent and has assisted the growth of the Tracy Yap Realty since it was founded in 2004. Having lived in the Northern Districts and the North Shore for over thirty years, Danny is able to bring his deep insights as a local resident to assist your real estate needs. As a product of local schools including Roselea Public School, Eastwood Public School and James Ruse Agricultural High School, Danny is very familiar with the attractions of living in the Northern Districts. Growing up in a real estate family, Danny has a genuine love of real estate and one of his favourite past times is attending open house inspections with his wife in his spare time. Danny also has a strong understanding of residential and commercial real estate from his experience as a personal investor and through working in several successful investment organisations and large financial institutions. Outside of work, Danny is active in the local community as a founding director of the Australian Asian Association of Bennelong and he supports several other local community organisations both as a sponsor and volunteer. Danny has degrees in Commerce (First Class Honours) and Law from the University of NSW. He is also a graduate of the MBA program (Dean's List Honors) at Columbia Business School in New York where he focused on real estate and investing. Danny is focused on the best possible outcome for his clients. Fabulous experience!

I had been looking for a home to purchase for 6 months and my experience with Stanley was nothing short of professional, straightforward and efficient. A lot of agents these days use games and other sneaky tactics to get their sale over the line and I had grown tired of it. It was not until I found this property and Stanley that everything was simple, negotiation was straightforward and the sale process went smoothly. efficient and knowledgeable

we were really happy with our experience with Stanley selling our apartment in Eastwood. From the start, he was knowledgeable of the area and provided realistic selling price estimates. Throughout the selling process he kept us up to date and provided feedback after each open house, and was able to negotiate a good price. I would recommend Stanley.

Helpful and efficient

Stanley was particularly helpful with his recommendations for, and organization of, renovation work for preparing the property in readiness for sale - including re-carpeting, paint work, clearance of rubbish/unwanted items. He also kept us advised.on timing and progress for these pre-sale works as well as keeping us appraised of interest and developments during the course of the pre-auction open house program.
