We had a quite unique and grateful experience with Lawrance. We talked with a couple of different agents before sales, Lawrance gave us the most realistic estimate price among all the agents. However, unfortunately we made a wrong choice to go with another tricky agent who gave a much higher fishing price. Once we started sales with the tricky agent, they immediately started to push us reduce the estimate price in sales contract, and continued to push us to reduce price guide because they cannot make any progress despite many inspections came through. We were extremely disappointed with the tricky agent’s neglect service and unprofessional attitude.
