I live interstate and had to arrange to sell my mother's unit in Macquarie Park, Sydney, recently. I initially spoke to several agents, and Lawrence stood out because of his professionalism and passion for selling real estate at the best price for the vendor. He gave honest advice and was more positive about the features, and therefore selling price, of the unit than many others. I choose him because of his proven track record selling in the area, and his positive, professional demeanor. I have not been disappointed. Lawrence was able to obtain competitive quotes to install new hard flooring, lighting and staging (the unit had already been painted). He also advised me not to spend money on renovating the kitchen and bathroom, which in hindsight was the correct thing to do but hard to accept at first. Once decisions (and approvals) had been obtained, he then arranged for all this to be done without me having to fly up to Sydney again. Lawrence also gave excellent advice on how to advertise the unit and price points. Lawrence was very good at communicating after each home open, and the unit was sold after a 3-week campaign. The price was at the upper end of the range he had quoted and was 10% higher than other agents had quoted originally. I found the whole process less stressful than I had originally anticipated due to the work Lawrence put into presenting the property, the rapid timeframe that this all occurred in and my complete trust that what Lawrence said was in my best interests. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lawarence to others!
