Evan Cheung of TRG was an amazing agent that sold our house. He worked extremely hard to make sure that the vendor receives the best price possible at the time of sale. He does not exaggerate the expected sale price but instead works to obtain offers and values from potential buyers. He works to a plan which may need to be adjusted as circumstances change. He was open and transparent at all times in explaining how he arrives at the current value of the property including providing information on the price and features of comparable properties that have recently sold.
