After 9 months of searching, I recently purchased a home which ticks every box I was hoping for! I have met Mark at several properties during my quest for a new home. He allows you to inspect the property at your leisure, always willing to answer questions or discuss but without any sense of being overzealous, pushy or in one’s face. Available, knowledgeable, honest and patient. My recent purchase from Mark was seamless. He worked all afternoon and well into a Friday evening negotiating with the vendors to facilitate my purchase of a beautiful home. Based on this experience, I have engaged Mark and his team at TRG to assist me and my family with the sale of at least one, possibly two other residential properties.
