Very professorial
I found the process of selling my Mother's property was made less stressful when dealing with Terry and Rob at Sweeney's. They provided me with constant feedback, after every open inspection and were right on the mark when providing me with expected sale price. Would recommend dealing with both Terry and Rob, plus Sweeney's to other potential clients, interested in selling their property.

An honest & knowledgeable local agent

Making purchasing a first home easy !
Terry made what would have been a very stressful event actually enjoyable. His continual communication and relaxed nature put me at ease during the duration of the process. Terry was honest with his answers, gave excellent advice and was very responsive with the endless questions I had as a first time buyer. Mum and dad were very impressed also, and he took our collective needs into consideration. I would highly recommend Terry if you are looking at purchasing a property for his professionalism and proficiency with the buyers market.
