I think Terry is alright, but based on my experience with this property, I had to follow him up on several occasions and lost my contact details twice. I've also made an offer for COB, which I received a reply 2 days after, nor did he follow up with a counter offer from the vendor. I was however followed up promptly for rental of the property! My experience was substandard from Sweeney.

Terry was very down to earth and did what I had requested him to do for me. I did not want to on the phone all the time to him only if there was something on offer and was in the range that I gave him. He was very good at filling me in on all the comments about my house and that was very helpful. If I buy or sell in the future I would use Terry again.
