Very experienced at what he does.
Nick Tringas is an experienced and professional agent. He will do what he can to get the best price for your home. His negotiaton skills are excellent and he really gives you the best advice from his heart. He is a great person to deal with, and I recommend him to everyone. You won't be disappointed!

Property Management
As the owner of a property at Sandringham, we have been very happy with the management by Tringas Property Management. They have secured a first class tenant, who has already extended his tenancy for another year, after only being in the property for six months. The tenants that Tringas Property Management found for our property are ideal, being a man and his wife and two young girls and they have always been well ahead with their rent and keep the apartment immaculate.

The best real estate in Australia done with care and compassion ..!!!!
I was scared buying a house I have bought property before and I have to say with out a dought nick Tringas was so professional and dead set honest and coppassion abt his work he nick goes that mile further he even reccomened appliances and interer advice he took so much care honestly I felt part of his family, my experience was like he was spending his own money a proud proud honest man and I never liked real estate agent, I'm dodo happy in my perfect house I feel I owe my life to nick I honestly don't know how he typed fou property's sale rotate all in the space of two weeks just before Xmas in one hit this man is outstanding and I highly recommend and am very genuine in what I am saying good luck nick not that you need it there should be more like you sorry I for got to mention he has a great scence of humor!!!...

Job Well Done!
I had researched many agents within the area prior to auctioning my property. My reasons for engaging this particular agent was based on my own investigations. Research I obtained confirmed that the Tringas property group has continued to break records in sales and constantly achieves well over and above the reserve price set out by the vendor.
