We bought a property through Scott at Triple Lakes Real Estate. Scott was very easy to talk to and made the process uncomplicated. He is down to earth, old school and says it like it is. Scott is a local, has been an agent for over 30 years and knows the area very well. I would highly recommend Scott.

We had been looking for months agents tried to upsell us not listen to our budget or not update us if houses sold. Greg stuck to his word got our house we wanted and worked with us and got the owner the money they wanted it was a nice and safe feeling he wasn’t going to sell it someone else from under us stick with the local who’s been in town and knows the area well and looks after the locals

Scott was always happy to accomodate our requests as buyers- even after purchase he went above and beyond allowing us access without fuss sometimes in his own time. Negotiation with vendor were initially tough but we got there in the end with a price we were all happy with. a very friendly local and am certain we will continue to cross paths. Thanks Scott for your expertise and we are excited to become part of your community :)

Scott was incredibly helpful throughout the purchase of my first home. He knew I had my eyes peeled for a local property within a certain price point, so he was quick to let me know this one was hitting the market. Scott acted quickly and catered to my busy work schedule to make sure I got inspections of the property. I can't thank Scott enough for all he did to make this purchase possible. I was beyond happy to buy locally, from our local agent.
