I had been looking for a property for 12 months before coming across Scott Gregory. on first contact he answered all my questions in relation to buying a property and made himself immediately available to first gain access to property and provide walk through at little notice, I was very impressed with his manner and direct approach, when I asked what his client wanted for the property he gave a direct answer, not the rubbish a lot of other agents were offering when asked the same question. On every contact after the original approach his assistance and reliability was always first class. I have not settled and moved into property yet however I have a large family on the Central Coast and will be recommending Scott to them for any future property purchases or sale, also Scott has a great backup team in the real estate office they have been very helpful and have made sure that the needs of my Bank Manager/Solicitor/myself in purchase of property have been well meet. Would never recommend this agency to anyone. Only allowed minimal time for final inspection, raised voice when negotiating price, worst purchasing experience we have ever had.

Scott was not a pushy agent, he let us take our time and didn't hassle us at all. There was another property I was interested in that was already under offer and Scott respected those potential buyers offer and would not let anyone else see the house unless the offer fell through. Any other agent would not have hesitated to gezump those buyers for a better offer. Scott is just a good bloke.
