During our visit to mission beach in 2020/21 we purchased several properties from Tania , each deal was very easy as Tania understood the offers and made the deals happen . Then on selling the last property this month, she presented a straight forward offer that was accepted after a bit of negotiation , we signed and went through 21 days later .
