Tania was wonderful and very professional.
Tania was wonderful. She is very professional and her knowledge of the properties we were shown was excellent. She is polite, friendly and very helpful. After the contract was signed she continued to be very helpful when we were looking for tradespeople to give us reports on the house we wanted to buy. Even when the house became unconditional we sought help from Tania. Her assistance was invaluable to us particularly as we were buying a property in an area we were not familiar with. I would definitely recommend Tania to anyone wanting to buy a property in this area. Thank you Tania

Fantastic Result

Best in the Business!
Tania was extremely helpful from the moment we began enquiring about properties up until we settled! Being out of state buyers, we had little knowledge of the area and immediately felt at ease with Tania's fab local knowledge and tips & tricks. Whilst going through the settlement period she kept us well informed which allowed us to relax. Wouldn't hesitate to buy/sell with Tania again & receiving celebratory treat on settlement was a bonus! :)

Tania has a thorough knowledge of the properties she has in her listing portfolio and is very professional, yet friendly and easy to communicate with. Tania also listens well to what is important to a buyer and follows through by showing you properties to your stated requirements. She also ad-libbed with us, and threw in a few extra properties she thought could be of interest, which was especially appreciated. Tania listens; there’s no hard sell; she tries to find you a home you’ll love. She did just that for my husband and I. Can’t beat that!
