agent who is way above the rest
I have sold and bought a number of houses in my lifetime and Tania is by far the best agent I have had the pleasure of dealing with. She has a unique style - she is quiet , never pushy , listens deeply and tunes in to exactly what the seller or buyer desires and needs . Always calm , highly intelligent and perceptive she is onto any problem or potential problem before any trouble eventuates . A breeze to work with.
My partner and I had a great experience with Tania. Tania was able to line up a bunch of viewings for us as we were flying up for only a couple of days to look at properties. She was very easy to work with, and once we fell in love with a property, it was a breeze purchasing whilst we were still in Brissy. I couldnt fault our time with Tania, and she will definitely be the person we contact for any future realestate endeavours.

Communication and knowledge of area was great.

Professional in any way
Tania always responded quick to questions and doubts. We could inspect the property various times which made us feel comfortable. She knows MB very well and we like to deal with locals. From the beginning we got straight foreward info about the property and also support with building inspection.
