Michael is an experienced agent, dedicated, very genuine, aims high and achieves good results. Michael is busy but he is still easy to reach by phone/email, he doesn’t assign you to another agent halfway through... We dropped the original sale price twice but the final sale price was still well above what other agents were expecting, as prices were falling for all properties on the market. We bought our dream larger house super cheaply too. Our original plan to upgrade our house by taking advantage of the falling market worked perfectly. Thanks Michael!

I have recently bought an investment property marketed by Michael Catalano of True Property. I only saw the online Domain ad 3 days before the auction and decided to text Michael immediately on the night rather than the next morning. Not only did I receive a reply from him that very night, I also received my requested information before 7am the next morning. Due to the tight time frame it was critical that I was given as much time as possible to take in the necessary information before going to the open house for the very first time later that day, being the last viewing prior to auction day. Michael’s first rate responsiveness has enabled me to carry out due diligence and contract negotiations through my solicitor all in a matter of a day. Michael is personable with very strong sales and negotiation skills - good for the vendor although not so good for the purchaser. I ended up paying over 10% more for his client’s property than intended, thanks to Michael! Following the successful sale, Michael was prompt and helpful in providing supporting documents to facilitate my home loan application. We were on the opposite side of the fence before the auction but we’ll soon be on the same side as he’s going to be the managing agent of the property I have just bought from him.
