I chose Kim Turner because of his personality and charm. He was very professional at all times and was dedicated to getting us a good price for our house. We had already purchased an apartment so were on a timeframe. We had an offer within a week of going to market but unfortunately the buyers were unable to secure finance. This meant our house was put back on the market and Kim never lost any enthusiasm to sell and get us another buyer, at a better price. The criticism I have of Kim is he is so busy that sometimes I needed to wait for him to reply to my phone calls, which at times was a little frustrating. He is addressing this issue though, and after I mentioned this to him he was quicker with his responses. Also, it may have been better to have had home opens for longer than 30 minutes, but this is a minor detail. Overall we had a positive experience with Kim and his team and I would not hesitate in recommending him if you are looking for a reliable agent.
