Selling of a property with quite unique characteristics.
We found Andrew to be most professional, knowledgeable and helpful in all respects. His advice and comments were always honest, relevant and useful and his understanding of the market and how and in what direction it was moving was of great comfort. There was a continual stream of communication so that we always knew the status of the process. There was also continuous reporting fed back to us indicating the feelings and thoughts of prospective purchasers and the level interest that was being shown in the property.
