What we really like about Andrew is his friendliness and willingness to answer all our questions and set up numerous inspections when it suited us. He always answered his phone whether we rang or sms….really important when we had queries about our purchase. Always on time as well. He has also helped with recommendations of tradespeople as we don’t currently live in the area. This purchase has been a very easy and pleasant experience thanks to Andrew.

My experience was requesting a Section 32. Andrew was the only agent who proactively called me upon requesting a Section 32. Without this follow-up call, I doubt I'd have ended up buying this property. Firstly, Andrew held a conversation about 'life in general' and was able to explain details of the property that made me take my interest in the property from 'mildly interested' to 'very interested'. Andrew was always available for calls/returned calls quickly and was accommodating, which meant my 'buying journey' was a positive experience. Andrew does business the gentlemans way and is frank, fair and firm with what he expects should be a good outcome for the buyer and seller. I would recommend Andrew for any property sale. And assuming he trains his team the way he does business, then his company would be the one to use.
