Shira was wonderful from the start, even when prior to selling when we looked for our first house. We had another very popular agent in our area who promised the world but didn’t deliver. Probably as they were too busy. Shira took over the sale just before we moved to the uk and handled everything including checking to see the house was in a good state, liasing with the holiday let agency and regular phone calls at times that would be around 9/10pm in australia. Even on her holidays she was checking in. She is very honest and told potential buyers anything that was not the norm with how the house was built to not waste time or money for anyone. This was even congratulated to her by the original architect as I think many have lied.
