Tim Lyon, the only real estate agent in cairns I’d recommend to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property. I met Tim when I purchased a property through him a couple of years ago, I was impressed with his communication and knowledge on the area. When it came to selling, I had no second thoughts on who I wanted to sell my property. At the start of selling my property Tim laid out all my options and kept it really simple as I had never sold before. He never left any questions unanswered. Tim really worked his magic through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. His cool and calm mindset kept me at ease throughout the sale. I got reminded what Murphy’s law really meant during this sale and Tim moved heaven and earth to make everything go as smoothly as possible. I am so thankful to have had Tim’s help. 11/10

This is the second time I’ve called on Tim to sell my property in Cairns. There wasn’t another sales agent I would of used. The property he sold for me was a challenging one. I had 100% confidence, Tim could sell the property with no issues through the selling stages.
