If you are reading this, then you are looking for an agent to sell your property. Do not use anyone in the entire Cairns - Port Douglas region other than Shira David Stern! This woman is amazing. She is smart and knows the market, works so hard and has such a professional yet friendly disposition. We hunted for an agent to sell our beach pad for six months. Shira was by far (like one hundred times around the earth) the BEST. She even made our family chicken broth soup when we were extremely run down as selling with kids, (one newborn) is so so stressful. I have already recommended Shira to five good friends selling - and they all used her service - and all were MIND BLOWN !!!! That is all.

This is the second house we have brought from Kev and won't be the last. Being a young couple we found we were dismissed by other agents in the area. Not Kev though, he was amazing and helped us every step along the way for both purchases. From his knowledge of the area to helping us find the perfect investments to suit our portfolio, we can not fault anything. I would not buy or sell through another agent in Cairns.
