After having a dissapointing experience with other agents.. i signed Karl Latham and was blown away at the level of service i received. He went well beyond my expectations and had offers coming in instantly after 6 months of no interest from other agents... when an offer came in above my bottom line that he knew i would accept, he still recommended that i wait and he squezzed more out of that buyer and landed me a nice sale.. The different ness of my house and current market made it a diffucult house to sell and other agents returned with not a single offer and no one attending the auction... a complete non-event.. however Karl Latham targeted the right audience and had offers coming in within 2 wks. All done in the slow season for property sales (christmas) I cant sing his praise enough!! Well done Karl.

If I were to sell a home I would seek out Shira David Stern to sell my house. We'd been looking to purchase a house in Palm Cove for just under 2 years. We had looked at many homes during that time, knew the market, and more importantly, had dealt with a lot of agents. Shira was the standout. The home we ended up purchasing was one we felt, initially, was perhaps too small for us (it was unfurnished). Over the next couple of weeks (and having told Shira we felt it was too small for us), Shira kept us up to date on developments concerning the home and peaked our interest in it again, so we went back weeks later for another look. Following that second viewing we made an offer and ended up purchasing the home. We are delighted and it is the perfect size for us and already feels like home! Shira was very friendly and professional, explaining all aspects of the process to us. She was very helpful in negotiations and she was far easier and more pleasant to deal with compared to other agents we have encountered. I can honestly say it was a real pleasure!
