Kevin was great to work with and even tough we had lots of extensions he was patient and even spoke to the vendor on our behalf to make the deal happen. He had a very good knowledge of the area we purchased in and I would not hesitate to recommend this agency and if I need or want to sell in the future Twomey Schriber will be the first agency I call.

Shira astounded me with the amount of effort she put into selling our property and getting the price we wanted. I was updated on status and options on a regular basis, her advice was always spot on and I just couldn't have asked for someone with more diligence and expertise. Even with a deadline to meet, she came through and did it in a way that made sure both the buyer and I walked away happy. Truly a super agent.

Kev Twomey was recommended to us when we decided to sell our home. We now understand that Kev has rightfully earned his reputation as the number one agent for the Brinsmead area. Dealings with Kev were seemless. He made the experience enjoyable which is odd- selling your home is usually stressful! Kev is honest and trustworthy and we felt that we were in very good hands. Thank you Kev.

If you are reading this, then you are looking for an agent to sell your property. Do not use anyone in the entire Cairns - Port Douglas region other than Shira David Stern! This woman is amazing. She is smart and knows the market, works so hard and has such a professional yet friendly disposition. We hunted for an agent to sell our beach pad for six months. Shira was by far (like one hundred times around the earth) the BEST. She even made our family chicken broth soup when we were extremely run down as selling with kids, (one newborn) is so so stressful. I have already recommended Shira to five good friends selling - and they all used her service - and all were MIND BLOWN !!!! That is all.

This is the second house we have brought from Kev and won't be the last. Being a young couple we found we were dismissed by other agents in the area. Not Kev though, he was amazing and helped us every step along the way for both purchases. From his knowledge of the area to helping us find the perfect investments to suit our portfolio, we can not fault anything. I would not buy or sell through another agent in Cairns.

Tim has been a dream to deal with from start to finish. This is our third interaction with him and each time you feel like you are the only buyer or seller in the market. When Tim sells for you, you know from the very beginning you have someone that is going to close the deal. Thanks for everything Tim!

I would like to thank Shira for making the purchase of our new home as seamless as it could possibly be. I have been involved in a number of sales as both a seller and a buyer and am extremely impressed by the way Shira has handled this transaction. We had a number of queries over the process and Shira responded immediately, nothing was a problem and we often spoke after hours or visited the house on a number of occasions, again after hours. I would recommend Shira to any prospective seller and I hope we can do business again soon.

Karl was professional throughout the house viewing and buying process and always kept me updated with any issues/developments. He's an experienced and pleasant agent to deal with.

Have bought and sold properties with Karl, and I don't have enough words to explain the quality of professional service that I have received. Karl's knowledge is exceptional and I would be where I am today without trusting his knowledge. Thank you again Karl
