An amazing job again Shira. Shira sold our canal front property on the first weekend of open homes. Her great advice on marketing and styling helped show the property to its full potential. (the video and photos were fantastic) Shira manages to negotiate effortlessly with both the buyer and seller to achieve a great outcome for all. As your agent, Shira will work tirelessly to sell your property. She is an absolute pleasure to work with.

We wouldn’t hesitate in utilising Shira's services again or recommending her to our friends. Shira is very professional and has excellent communication skills. Her knowledge, manner and efficiency, combined with her desire to work with us to sell our home, significantly reduced the stress usually associated with selling a property.

I recently purchased a property where Giles was acting for the vendor. From initial viewing to the hand over of keys, Giles' professionalism and attention to detail set him apart as an agent who, while acting for the vendor, ensured the transaction went as smoothly as possible for both parties.

My husband first met Giles at an open house. He then sent us a newsletter, updating us on the general market trends for Cairns. When it came time to sell our property in Bayview Heights we decided to get a market appraisal and asked Giles to meet with us. The rest is history, we found him to be easy to talk to, knowledgeable ,proactive and passionate about his profession. He obtained a great outcome for us, achieving a quick sale for a good price. Thanks Giles for your positive attitude.

We had been trying to sell our land for over 12 months then we decide to change agents. We went to Karl and we had offers within a month. This was awesome!!! Unfortunately 4 of those offers fell through due to the purchasers finance falling through. My only negative is to make sure the purchases bank approvals are solid before signing contracts etc.

Tim was very helpful and efficient. His advice was spot on in selling our property and we were able to secure a good price in the current market. He kept us advised at all times and went out of his way to make sure we were happy.

Hi, Rod and Amanda here. We just sold our home with Kev Twomey. We could not be happier with the results, we sold in the first week. Kev really came through for us with the price we wanted. We would definitely recommend Kev to anyone who is thinking of selling. The whole process was made so easy thanks to Kev ( cairns no1 agent) . Thank you so much Kev, we really appreciated your hard work and reliability. Cheers.

We recently sold a Bayview Heights property through Giles and it proved to be an easy and stress free experience. Having also sold property through Cairns so-called 'No.1 agent' (Remax) I can honestly say that the contrast between the two was enormous. Giles communicates effectively and promptly at all times. Tasks such as photo appointments, advert preparation and listing was done really quickly and efficiently. His feedback after open homes is almost instant and honest. The weekly feedback reports are good too. It's a welcome change from the self-promoting BS which most agents are full of. You know the ones who promise the world but don't actually bother to talk to their clients once they get a listing. The negotiation was easy and I found that the usual stress which seems to go with a property sale was all but eradicated. I would definitely use Giles again. He's a nice guy and is honest and thats what you need in an agent.

I just want to say how professional Giles was throughout the sale of our home. I choose him after my sister had delt with him and relayed how professional he was. I discussed with Giles how important our home was to us, it was our first home, we got married whilst there and had our first child - lots of memories! He made it easy and was great to work with, he even came to our home afterhours as hubby and I both work full time. We had 4 of our neighbours come over to ask about the sale, I told them the truth about how great he was to deal with and of course the sale price Giles got for us. After buying our new house with another agent just recently it really does show how great Giles is and how others don't compare! Honestly, I would recommend him to everyone. Thank you so much from the Anderson family 😊

Karl and his team were just great. Karl and Damien, in particular, were absolute Gentlemen, throughout. Nothing seemed to be a problem, calls were returned pronto. Any difficulties were dealt with quickly. We would recommend Karl and his team to anyone wanting to sell. The Office girls were very efficient too. Barbara and Malcolm
